I keep reading this one over and over.....perhaps it’s a bit convicting....I know in my mind control is an illusion....so I just need to surrender....I invite us all to consider what we need to surrender. Supporting a Loved One with Anxiety
We ALL know someone who experiences anxiety....we’ve probably each experienced it ourselves at times....our words matter!!! Small shifts in our language turn exchanges into something that is supportive instead of alienating and hurtful. Remember, we don’t have to fix things for people, just show up and be present.
