Top of the List
I know it’s hard and sometimes it feels like it’s just something else on the list of things “to do”, but we need to move our self care to the top of that list. It makes it easier for us to handle the rest of the list! Or another way to think of it...we can’t light ourselves on fire to keep others warm. Take care of you!!!
