Maybe it feels like it might break you right now, or maybe you feel really ashamed of something that happened in the past....either keep going or learn to make peace....it will turn out to be a smaller part of the story in the end. (But sometimes when it’s hard it turns out to be an incredible part of your story!!) Keep putting one foot in front of the other. ?
