Grace

Repeat after me...GRACE....please extend grace to yourself (and others)! There are days we just can’t do it all, handle it all, and the best thing to do is to extend ourselves some grace, have an easy dinner, crawl into bed and try again tomorrow. Often that is the best form of self care.
